Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for using MUVO and the music, images, and videos you create with it. MUVO is for adults and personal, noncommercial use, including when you pay for credits or a subscription.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and be able to enter a binding agreement to use MUVO. Use your own account and provide accurate information when needed for support or a transaction. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not sell, rent, or share access to your account.
MUVO can create a guest account when you start, so Apple sign-in is not required to use your library or make purchases. You can link Sign in with Apple from Account to help recover access. Guest access alone does not guarantee recovery after losing your device or app data. The welcome screen links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not a separate consent to every type of data processing. See the existing privacy controls and their limitations.
2. Using MUVO
MUVO offers AI-assisted song drafting and generation, playback and export, karaoke where available, audio import and remix tools, and music-video creation. Available actions depend on the features shown in your app. Descriptions of a feature do not guarantee that it is available in every build, region, or situation.
AI results can be unexpected, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other people's work. Review content before using or sharing it. We do not promise a particular artistic result, an exact likeness, or that every request can be completed. Some actions require an internet connection and sufficient credits.
3. Your inputs and permissions
You retain whatever rights you already hold in your descriptions, lyrics, recordings, photographs, and other inputs. You must have the permissions needed to upload them, have them processed by MUVO and its service providers, and use the resulting content. Having a copy of a recording or photograph does not necessarily give you these permissions. Do not upload confidential information or material you are not entitled to disclose.
You grant MUVO a nonexclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, analyze, adapt, and process your inputs, and to store and deliver the results, to provide the features you request. This includes processing by AI text, music, image, video, and audio-analysis services and the technical services needed to operate MUVO. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original inputs to us or grant us a general right to advertise with your likeness. Data retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
For features that use a self-portrait, upload a photograph of yourself as an adult, confirm that you have the right to use it, and complete the consent and suitability checks shown in the app. Your portrait may be transformed into reference images and synthetic video performances, including simulated mouth movements. Do not submit another person's likeness for these self-portrait features. Rights checks and paid-generation confirmation are separate from agreeing to these Terms.
4. Personal use and sharing
To the extent MUVO holds the necessary rights, and subject to these Terms and any rights held by others, you may use MUVO's generated outputs for your own personal, noncommercial projects. You may listen, watch, download, and share them with friends or post them on noncommercial social accounts. Public sharing must also comply with the destination's rules and any applicable disclosure requirements for AI-generated content.
You may not sell or license generated outputs, monetize them, use them in advertising or sponsored content, or use them for a business or client. This restriction applies to every plan: buying credits or a Creator subscription does not grant commercial-use rights. It does not take away rights you independently hold in your original, unprocessed inputs.
We do not guarantee that outputs are protected by copyright, exclusively yours, or free of other people's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. No right to a person's identity, a trademark, or someone else's protected work is granted merely because it appears in an output. Do not claim an AI-generated performance is a real person's authentic performance or endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use MUVO to:
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or rights in a voice or likeness.
- Impersonate someone deceptively, fabricate endorsements, defraud people, or harass, threaten, or discriminate against them.
- Create sexual exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate content, or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
- Bypass access controls, payment or usage limits, consent checks, or safeguards; interfere with the service; or obtain another user's private content.
- Resell access to MUVO or use generated outputs commercially.
- Use generated outputs to train, develop, or improve another AI or machine-learning model, including for a noncommercial project.
We may refuse requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, a security issue, or a legal obligation. Report a concern using the content-rights contact.
6. Credits and subscriptions
Where offered, you can buy one-time credit packs without a subscription or choose an auto-renewable weekly, monthly, or annual Creator subscription. Creator is a recurring credit bundle, not unlimited generation. The app shows the credits included; Apple's purchase sheet shows the applicable price, currency, and billing period. No free subscription trial or lifetime plan is offered in the current catalog.
Credits are granted after the purchase or billable renewal is verified. The annual Creator plan grants all 6,000 credits after the annual purchase is verified and another 6,000 after each normal annual renewal; these are not monthly installments. Verification can take time. Restoring purchases or receiving a subscription-status update does not issue an extra grant.
Credits do not expire while your account remains available. They are for use in MUVO, are not money, and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts. A verified purchase refund or revocation can remove the associated credits. If those credits have already been spent, later grants may first repay the resulting credit debt. This does not authorize an additional payment-card charge by MUVO.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple and follow the cancellation timing in the applicable purchase terms. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription management. Cancellation normally leaves membership available through the paid period and does not remove already granted credits, unless a purchase is refunded or revoked. Billing problems or an inability to verify membership can affect access to subscription benefits.
Use Restore Purchases in Account to check purchases associated with your Apple account. Restoring on a different MUVO account may transfer membership and future renewals to that account; credits already granted to the original wallet stay there. Consumable credits are maintained in the MUVO account's balance and are not reissued by restoration.
For an App Store refund, use Apple's refund request service. Eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable rules. Contact us about missing credits or incorrect MUVO balances. Nothing here excludes a refund, withdrawal right, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law. See billing support.
7. Paid creation and failures
A balance or subscription alone does not start paid generation. Review the current credit quote and required permissions before explicitly confirming each paid action. Credits may be reserved while the work runs. Once work is accepted, you cannot assume it can be canceled by closing the app, losing your connection, or deleting content.
When an attempt reaches a confirmed final failure, its remaining credit reservation is released. A project with several paid stages can retain charges for completed stages while releasing credits for failed or unstarted work. A temporary connection or status-check error is not itself a final failure and does not establish a refund. If karaoke processing fails, available song audio can remain playable without synchronized lyrics.
A failed attempt will not later publish a result or create a new charge for that attempt. Starting another paid attempt requires fresh confirmation. Content deletion does not reverse previously settled charges. These operational credit rules do not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Ending use and deleting your account
You can stop using MUVO and request account deletion in Account → Account details → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible: access is revoked after the request is accepted, and private content and the account identity enter the deletion process. Active work and storage cleanup can delay completion; some records are retained as explained in the Account Deletion instructions.
Deleting the app or your MUVO account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel separately with Apple. Deletion removes your access to the account's remaining credits; do not assume they can be recovered by creating another account. Applicable refund and consumer rights remain.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
9. Service limitations and your rights
MUVO and AI processing can be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated content will meet every expectation. Keep your own copies of outputs you wish to retain, subject to the personal-use rules above. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs and intended use; that does not remove our responsibility where applicable law imposes it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes any mandatory rights concerning defective digital content, conformity, refunds, and remedies. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to participate in collective proceedings where available by law.
MUVO is responsible for its service and support. Apple is not the operator of MUVO. Your license to the iOS application is governed by the applicable App Store end-user license agreement, including Apple's Standard EULA where no custom license applies. These service and output-use terms do not replace the applicable app license or Apple's purchase rules.
10. Law, disputes, and changes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain the mandatory protections of the law that applies to you and any right to bring a claim before your local competent courts or consumer bodies. This clause does not require you to bring every dispute in Türkiye. You may contact us first to try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition for exercising a statutory remedy.
Published updates will identify their version and effective date. Material changes require the notice or agreement required by applicable law. A previous welcome-screen acknowledgment does not establish that you accepted version 1.0 of these Terms.
